LINDA ROBINSON

Office Manager

With previous experience in banking and customer service, Linda has been the company’s office manager since 1998. In addition to her role as administrative assistant to the company’s owners, her primary duties include managing the credit department, financial reports, job costing, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources.  She has Certifications in New Horizons, mastered Peachtree, Quickbooks and Sage 100 Contractor.  She is a graduate of Lindbergh High School.  Linda’s favorite sports team is the Cardinals and she loves to spend time with her husband, her three boys and daughter-in-laws, two dogs and her granddaughter.

SHERI HALEY

Administrative Assistant

With over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sheri provides administrative and clerical support to the whole office.  She is in charge of Accounts Receivable along with legal collection preparations. She is known around here as the Queen of First Impressions.
She coordinates all travel arrangements and prepares educational material for salesmen AIA presentations and is also involved in marketing, shipping and supply management. And Sheri loves her job!  Her favorite sports team is the St. Louis Blues (after her son’s baseball team of course).  She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, her dogs, her hermit crab and her fish.

NATHAN HOMANN

A graduate of the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Nathan handles sales, estimating and pricing for Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois. A member of the International Code Council, and the Construction Specifications Institute, he demonstrates the required experience, knowledge and ability to use written construction documents and advise design professionals who are preparing product specifications.  His proactive business skills and engineering background allow him to assist contractors and architects with design, code compliance and specification support.  He is a basketball fan and loves to follow the University of Illinois basketball team.   He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two dogs.

CURTIS JEISY

A graduate of the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign with a general engineering degree and a business minor, Curtis joined Mays-Maune-McWard, Inc., in 2007.  Curtis handles sales, estimating and pricing for western Missouri and Kansas. A member of the Construction Specifications Institute, he demonstrates the required experience, knowledge and ability to use written construction documents and advise design professionals who are preparing product specifications.  His proactive business skills and engineering background allow him to assist contractors and architects with design, code compliance and specification support.  He loves to spend time outside running, cycling, hiking and hunting.   His favorite sports teams are a toss-up between the Cardinals and the Blues.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and baby daughter as well as his yellow lab.

TIM HOETTE

A graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, IL with a Communication Degree, Tim joined Mays, Maune, McWard, Inc. in 2021. Tim handles sales, estimating, pricing, project management for our Construction Specialties product line including Acrovyn Wall Protection, Acrovyn Doors, Expansion Joint Covers, Cubicle Curtains, Entrance Flooring, Louvers, Grilles and Sunshades as well as Explovent. As a member of the Millikin Football team, he understands team work and hard work. Tim brings a strong customer service background and is focused on helping our customers. He will listen and is eager to help whether it is a quick price or help on an order. When not working, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and taking his daughter on walks. His favorite sports teams are St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, and the Missouri Tigers.

NICK CROFTON

A graduate of Lindenwood University, Nick joined us in September of 2022. Nick handles inside estimating and project management for the Construction Specialties products. He was a college volleyball player and now uses his experience and coaches high level youth volleyball.

GANNON MCWARD

Gannon is recent graduate of Liberty University.  Gannon assists with pricing and estimating on several products including Bilco, Mapes, Laminators, Railings, Parklex.  Gannon brings a strong work ethic and understands the importance of team work.   He has worked in a variety of areas dealing with customers and management and has shown entreprenurial spirit.  When not working Gannon enjoys exploring and hiking.   His favorite team is the St. Louis Blues

MIKE MCCRAY

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Indiana State University. Since 1982, he has worked for engineering firms, general contractors and specialty contractors. He has been part of the Mays-Maune-McWard, Inc. team since 2003 as senior project manager.  He has a broad range of knowledge of many building materials, especially architectural building envelope systems.  He is responsible for entering orders, working with customers on shop drawings, manufacturing, shipping, detailing, scheduling, delivery, and follow up. He is married with 4 children and cats.   He enjoys the St. Louis Cardinals, the Green Bay Packers, Los Angeles Lakers, the St. Louis Blues and anyone playing against Kentucky basketball.

BOB CLARK

Bob joined us in September 2022, and brings a wealth of construction knowledge to our team. He has a background in architectural metal panels, and steel erection.

PATRICK MCWARD

President/Owner

Patrick has been involved in the construction industry since 1990. A graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, he has brought to Mays-Maune-McWard, Inc. a background in estimating, project management, purchasing and sales of exterior architectural and industrial wall systems and in the field of glass and glazing. Since 1996, he has been in sales with the company in various departments. He is responsible for the day to day operations for company as well as working closely with Specialty Contracting.   Patrick has earned his Construction Document Technologist (CDT) certification from the Construction Specifications Institute demonstrating the required experience, knowledge and ability to use written construction documents and advise design professionals who are preparing product specifications. He is an associate member of the American Subcontractors Association and the Sheet Metal Contractors National Association. Patrick has utmost respect for the customer and the determination to make sure that everything is done according to specifications and to the customer’s satisfaction. His understanding of the business, his knowledge of the industry, and his hands-on experience serving in numerous roles, gives him the unique ability to see not only the big picture, but also the smallest of details – on each and every project, big or small.
